Dags is currently with IBM Canada as Program Manager - Resource Deployment.  Previous to this, he held various positions at Air Canada, the latest as Manager for Corporate Resource Planning and previously as Resource/Sales Deployment Manager and Resource Coordinator.  Before the airline company, he handled various provincial and national projects for Peopletogo in Toronto, ON, Canada.

As a certified Project Management Professional (PMI-PMP), he has been involved in scales of project execution and management in various industries. He also conducts lectures in project management methodology.

Before coming to Canada, he resided in the United States and was connected with Don Pezzuto Lighting, Inc. in Sacramento, CA.  He was also an Ebay Trading Specialist and is still an active Ebay trader under seller ID dagsm.  He was also a certified Notary Public for the state of California. 

In the Philippines, he owned and managed two (2) business centers and was a pharmaceutical Marketing Rep of Roche Phils.

A Post Graduate Certificate holder in Project Management from Centennial College and a holder of a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from De La Salle University in Manila, Philippines.
