One of the Top 10 Beaches in the World - Turks and Caicos. April 20-21, 2013

A week after Cayman Islands, Peter and I went to Turks and Caicos. Touted as one of the best beaches in the world and more expensive than Cayman.

We were able to get a good deal at Club Med for $160/night per person which was all-inclusive. Part of the $160 was $60 which was 1 year membership to any Club Med resort. Shuttle transfer from airport to Club Med was $15/person and the distance was about 2 kms.

While walking on the beach, the sand was the finest I've seen. Better than Cancun, Mexico or in Bohol, Philippines. At the ocean area, sand was still very fine and there were no rocks nor corals. The pristine sand, clarity of water, and the clear beach area were the factors why Turks is one of the best in the world.

At night, Club Med offered sing and dance shows which were typical of an all-inclusive club.  Guests were encouraged to dress up like going to a discotheque as after the show, there was dancing and party.
