Peter and I decided to do a last minute trip to
Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. The package was an all inclusive trip
via Sunwing and
Hotel Riu Macao. I was impressed with the service of Sunwing
Airlines and it was even better than Air Canada. They served hot meals
for free with cake. Unlike Air Canada where I had to pay for the meal
on economy seats. Hotel Riu Macao was
one of the better all-inclusive hotels that I have been to. The buffet
selection had lots of seafood and we took advantage of the large Argentine
shrimps, mussels, squid, and various grilled fish. Their bars also
served premium spirits unlike other all-inclusive hotels where local spirits
were only served.
Had the chance of making acquaintances at
Punta Cana. Chris, Sofia, and another Chris who were all from Great
Britain.
